phix9 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and phix9 ("phix9," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phix9.app.

By creating a phix9 account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered through the phix9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

phix9 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date noted at the top. Continued use of the phix9 platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a phix9 account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. phix9 does not permit minors to register or participate in any game or promotion under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where access to the phix9 platform is permitted under applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that using phix9 is legal in your location.
• You must not be subject to any voluntary or operator-initiated self-exclusion agreement on phix9 or on any other gaming platform where a cross-exclusion arrangement applies.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using a phix9 account. Each account must represent one individual player only.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of phix9 or of any affiliated company, or an immediate family member of such a person.

phix9 reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one phix9 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3.2 Accurate Information Required

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, current address, and a valid contact number and email address. phix9 uses this information for account verification, fraud prevention, and payout processing.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phix9 login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was carried out by you personally. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact phix9 support immediately at support@phix9.app.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

phix9 is required to verify the identity of players as part of its regulatory obligations. You may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment channel ownership documentation at any point — particularly before processing a withdrawal. Accounts that cannot be verified to phix9's satisfaction may be restricted or closed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on phix9 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱, PHP). No currency conversion is applied by phix9. All displayed game values, balances, bonus amounts, and withdrawal figures are in PHP.

4.2 Accepted Payment Channels

phix9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Available channels may vary and are subject to change.

4.3 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit at phix9 is ₱100. Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. phix9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are credited to your phix9 wallet after payment confirmation is received by our system, which is typically instantaneous for GCash and Maya.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may be requested at any time subject to account verification being complete and no active bonus wagering requirement remaining on the balance. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for deposit wherever technically possible. phix9 targets a processing time of 60 minutes for verified accounts using GCash or Maya, though processing times may vary during high-volume periods.

4.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. They must first be converted to real funds by completing the applicable wagering requirement. Once the wagering requirement is satisfied, the resulting real-money balance is freely withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw before wagering completion will result in the bonus being forfeited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phix9 offers various promotional offers to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. The following general conditions apply to all phix9 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were credited.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the funds become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion.
• A maximum bet rule applies while bonus wagering is in progress. Bets placed above the stated maximum during bonus play may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity window. Expired bonus funds and any derived winnings are removed from the account.
• phix9 reserves the right to modify, pause, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where feasible, advance notice will be provided.
• One welcome bonus per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through different accounts is prohibited.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on phix9 — including slots, card games, Color Game, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game or betting section. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules apply to that specific game.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All casino-style games on phix9 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is regularly audited by an independent third party to ensure fairness and compliance with regulatory standards. phix9 does not influence or predict game outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports bet results are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the relevant governing body. phix9 reserves the right to void bets where events are abandoned, postponed beyond a reasonable rescheduling window, or where results cannot be officially confirmed.

6.3 Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, phix9 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player's account. Malfunctions void all affected pays and plays. If a game outcome displayed on screen is incorrect due to a system error, the correct result as recorded on phix9 servers will apply.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phix9 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one phix9 account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automation tools to interact with any phix9 game or feature
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained through an identified exploit will be voided
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using phix9 for any form of money laundering or financial fraud
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the phix9 platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phix9 staff or other players through any channel
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services

phix9 actively monitors for prohibited conduct and cooperates fully with Philippine regulatory and law enforcement agencies in the investigation of potential violations.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

phix9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in any criminal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification to phix9's satisfaction within the required timeframe
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a relevant authority
• Player request for voluntary self-exclusion

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, phix9 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If fraud or misconduct is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited. Where account closure is not due to misconduct, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment channel within a reasonable processing period.

9. Responsible Gaming

phix9 takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a way to solve financial problems or a compulsion that affects your wellbeing or that of your family.

phix9 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible through your account settings:

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phix9 platform — including but not limited to the phix9 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phix9 or its licensed content providers.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phix9 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phix9 content in any form without prior written consent from phix9.

11. Privacy & Data

phix9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phix9.app/privacy-policy. By registering with phix9, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phix9 uses your data for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — with your consent — marketing communications. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time through your account settings.

phix9 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulators, payment processors, and identity verification service providers as required to operate the platform and meet legal obligations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phix9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming funds due to technical errors, connection failures, or unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain password security.

phix9's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

13. Amendments to These Terms

phix9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the phix9 platform prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material changes (such as formatting corrections or clarifications that do not affect player rights) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of phix9 after amended Terms have been posted and any applicable notice period has passed constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using phix9 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your phix9 account, or your use of the phix9 platform shall first be referred to phix9's internal complaints process by contacting support@phix9.app.

phix9 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by phix9, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority under whose licence phix9 operates.
